Project Manager/Coordinator ( Minimum 1-2 year of Experience)

SmartFish Designs is looking for a talented, web-savvy Project Manager to oversee our Designing, Website Development and IT Project. You will work with a passionate team of talented designers, programmers and business leaders, building great products that connect with 100’s of customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own project vision and communicate with all parties involved.
  • Work with product, business and development to effectively drive projects from concept to launch.
  • Work with vendors, onsite and offshore resources.
  • Ensure projects are implemented according to requirements.
  • Ensure projects are launched according to published schedules.
  • Resolve project, design, or resource issues before they cause schedule delays.

Job Requirements

  • Min. 1-2 years’ experience in project management, in a customer-facing web environment.
  • Project Planning, Estimate in terms of time and cost independently.
  • Understanding of development process: development, testing, and deployment as well as work breakdown, dependencies, responsibilities.
  • Prepare Documents & wireframe based on projects and clients requirement
  • Knowledge of web technologies, especially .Net/PHP/Open Source.
  • Proficiency in AGILE/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Proficiency with SEO concepts and best practices.
  • Understanding and experience in UI/UX best practices.
  • Highly analytical, logical, and good problem solver.
  • Strong written / oral communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
  • Able to plan work, organize time, and maintain workflow.
  • HTML, CSS, Adobe creative suite a plus.
  • Ability to handle team (design, Development and digital marketing)

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years’ of experience in Web designing or IT Firm .
